台灣獨立紀錄片導演之個人隱性知識鑑別研究

本文摘要

本研究試圖找出個人隱性知識的術語分類及鑑別方法,並探
討個人隱性知識之整理、分析及呈現,研究對象選擇導演是因其
掌控整部紀錄片的題材發想、故事鋪陳或表現。本研究重要研究
結果如下:1. 個人知識依隱性程度可區分為「深植的隱性知識」、
「接近深植的隱性知識」、「難以言說的內隱知識」、「可言說
的內隱知識」及「外顯知識」等五類,其中接近深植的隱性知識
是本研究新發現。2. 以受訪者之「作品」作為訪問的主要架構,較容易獲得「獨特而個人」的隱性知識;且使用關鍵事件發問,
可有效讓受訪者聚焦重要的內隱知識;3. 而以知識「言說的難易
程度」,可作為有效判斷知識隱性程度之指標。4. 若欲挖掘到接
近專業者個人「接近深植的隱性知識」,需要包含許多因素才可
能達成,除了往正確的方向以正確的問法不斷追問,亦需要配合
良好的互動關係。本研究提出隱性知識之鑑別方式,將可作為專
家個人知識之隱性程度與價值判斷之參考。
The study attempts to find out term categorization and
identification methods for individual tacit knowledge and to explore
tacit knowledge collection, analysis, and presentation as well.
Directors were selected as research objects because they are key
persons of the origin of thoughts, story structure, and presentation
of documentary films as whole. Major results of this study are as
follow:1. Personal tacit knowledge can be divided into five categories
according to the degree of tacit or by speech (speak-able to un-speakable).
These five categories are (a) embodied knowledge; (b) close
to embodied knowledge; (c) un-speak-able embrained knowledge,
i.e. difficult by speech; (d) embrained knowledge, i.e. speak-able;
(e) explicit knowledge, i.e. speak-able and spoken. Item (b) is a new
finding of this study. 2. Researchers found out that when use interview
outline on works of directors can be easier to obtain individual and
unique tacit knowledge; and through critical incident technique (or
key event) inquiries can help interviewees focus on important implicit
knowledge.3. “speak-able and un-speak-able” is more effective when
used as indicator of judging tacit degree.4. When eliciting individual’s
professional “close to embodied knowledge”, it has many factors need
to be included, persistent inquiry, i.e. keep asking the right question in
right direction, and need good interaction. Method of tacit knowledge
identification will be a reference on identifying of tacit degree and
value of individual’s professional knowledge.
