大學生對大學圖書館發展性書目療法服務需求之研究

A Study on Undergraduate Demand for Developmental Bibliotherapeutic Service in University Libraries

值此快速變遷的時代,現代的大學生不僅需要學業與知識方面的資訊提供,在情緒調適方面的需求亦更甚以往。文獻顯示,國外已有許多大學圖書館施行發展性書目療法服務,以幫助讀者透過閱讀適當素材,獲致負面情緒的舒緩,並促進個人身心之健全發展。然而觀諸國內圖書館現況,卻鮮少有大學圖書館提供發展性書目療法服務。爰此,本研究針對國立臺灣大學之20 位大學生進行半結構式深度訪談,以了解大學生對於大學圖書館施行發展性書目療法服務之需求。研究結果發現,設立書目療法服務專區、舉辦情緒療癒主題書展,以及提供情緒療癒圖書書目為受訪者主要需求之閱讀式書目療法服務內容。而在互動式書目療法服務方面,受訪者則較偏愛網路形式。另外,與其他單位合作,則係日後大學圖書館施行發展性書目療法服務時可注意之面向。 Developmental bibliotherapy involves the use of readings to help people cope with emotional disturbance problems. In western countries, it has been widely recognized that bibliotherapeutic services hold great promise in helping people to better address concerns of negative emotion and personal development. Despite the benefits of bibliotherpeutic services are well documented in the library literature, there have been few university libraries in Taiwan putting the service in practice. To explore undergraduates’ demand for developmental bibiotherapeutic service of university libraries, the researcher employed semi-structured in-depth interviews. And in this study, the participants were 20 undergraduate students from National Taiwan University. The findings showed that the participants would incline to bibliotherapeutic service which consist of a bibliotherapeutic service section, exhibitions and annotated bibliographies for emotional healing materials, and bibliotherapeutic services provided via internet. Besides, the cooperation with other units should be put under consideration if a university library proposes to perform developmental bibliotherapeutic service.
